Umbrosa Paraflex Wall Mounted Umbrella Square

I had an excellent experience with Patio Folks and would highly recommend them.

I recently ordered an Umbrosa Paraflex wall-mounted umbrella, and Jonny provided outstanding customer service throughout the entire process. From the beginning, he took the time to confirm all of the details of my order to ensure everything was correct. He provided regular updates, maintained excellent communication, and was always friendly and professional.

It’s refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely values customer service. Jonny made the purchasing process easy and stress-free, and I always felt informed about the status of my order.

If you’re looking for quality outdoor products backed by exceptional customer service, Patio Folks is a great choice. Thank you, Jonny, for such a positive experience!

Service was great. We were searching for an umbrella that would fit our situation and Jonny was a pleasure to deal with. With our height restrictions he gave us advice on best umbrella and technical info we needed for installing. When the manufacturer missed including the ordersd cover he took care of everything. Responsive, pleasant and super easy to deal with. Very happy. We don’t need anything further, but I’m 100% sure it would be a good experience if we did.

Pyromania Alchemy Fire Table 30" x 60"

I've been burned in the past with ordering big items online but this process was great and your communication about the whole process and when things would arrive was very much appreciated, thank you! I've past your company name along to friends and family.

If I ever need something else for my patio or backyard I'll definitely check out your website first!

I had such a good experience with these guys in shopping for some patio upgrades for my yard. They understood my needs even better than I did and were able to make some amazing recommendations that all fell within our budget. Can say enough good things about the customer service we received - and we also got super smooth support with installation of our patio umbrella. Thanks Patio Folks! We'll absolutely be back!

Umbrosa Paraflex Wall Mounted Umbrella Round

Truly love my wall mounted patio umbrella that I got from Patio Folks. I was actually initially looking at more standard patio umbrellas, but after talking to their team, the made some amazing recommendations that had me go with the wall mounted option instead - and I'm glad I did! It looks amazing in my patio setup. Overall, amazing help with design and outstanding installation support, we couldn't have asked for more. Thanks Patio Folks! We'll absolutely be back!

Great service from the team, starting with the initial contact through to order and even beyond. I didn't realize setting up a cozy and functional outdoor kitchen space took that much work. Jonny was very helpful helping us understand how the delivery and install would work. That part alone took the stress off of me and the wife. Putting the final touches on our Outdoor Kitchen Kit the next day or two. We can hardly wait for our first family BBQ next weekend!
