Service was great. We were searching for an umbrella that would fit our situation and Jonny was a pleasure to deal with. With our height restrictions he gave us advice on best umbrella and technical info we needed for installing. When the manufacturer missed including the ordersd cover he took care of everything. Responsive, pleasant and super easy to deal with. Very happy. We don’t need anything further, but I’m 100% sure it would be a good experience if we did.

Truly love my wall mounted patio umbrella that I got from Patio Folks. I was actually initially looking at more standard patio umbrellas, but after talking to their team, the made some amazing recommendations that had me go with the wall mounted option instead - and I'm glad I did! Great service from the team, starting with the initial contact through to order and even beyond. I didn't realize setting up a cozy and functional outdoor kitchen space took that much work. Jonny was very helpful helping us understand how the delivery and install would work. That part alone took the stress off of me and the wife. Putting the final touches on our Outdoor Kitchen Kit the next day or two. We can hardly wait for our first family BBQ next weekend!
