Returns Policy

NO FEES 30-Day Returns

At Patio Folks, we stand by the quality of the products we sell, but we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations.

That’s why we offer a 30-Day Return Policy with NO RESTOCKING FEES.

If you want to return an item for any reason, you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in the same condition as when you received them—unused, unworn, with tags, accessories, and in the original packaging.
  • Items must arrive safely at our return location in "like-new" condition.
    • "Like-new" means no visible signs of wear or use. If returned items show wear or damage from use, they will not be accepted, and no refund will be provided.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at hello@patiofolks.ca with your order number.
  2. Our team will provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.
  3. Send the item to the address we provide.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and issued to your original payment method.

If you don’t see the refund after 15 business days, contact us at hello@patiofolks.ca.

Exchanges

Need a different item? The fastest way is to:

  1. Return your original item.
  2. Once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired item.

Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives:

  • If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, note the damage immediately when signing for delivery.
  • Take clear and adequate photos of the damage.
  • Email us at hello@patiofolks.ca the same day as delivery, including a detailed description and photos of the damage or issue.

We will cover shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect items and make sure you receive the correct or undamaged product at no extra cost.

Please keep all original packaging until the issue is resolved. Items damaged after use are non-refundable unless covered under warranty.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel an order, immediately email or call our customer service team to avoid return shipping costs.

  • Cancellations Before Shipment: Will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations After Shipment: Will follow our return policy and be subject to return shipping costs.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants).
  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Sale items or gift cards.

Incorrect Products

If you receive the wrong item:

  • Email us at hello@patiofolks.ca with your order number.
  • We’ll arrange and pay for the return of the incorrect item and the shipment of the correct product.

We will work with you closely to get the correct product to your doorstep as soon as possible.

Other Conditions

  • If a certain vendor or product does not support the return policy, it will be noted on the product description page or within this policy.
  • Orders intended for temporary or one-time use (e.g., trade shows, events) are not eligible for returns.
  • Products that are specified as certified pre-owned or used are ineligible for a return.

Brand Specific Return Information

The following brands do not accept returns. Final-sale products will be noted in the product description or within this policy.

Eno

If you notice any damage, you can refuse the goods. This must be noted on the carrier's receipt upon receipt. You have 2 days to send the notice of reservation (with photos).  Refer to the manufacturers website for additional information.
